- R-A_M_PHX I have always had good flights with Airtran never had reason to use Southwest as they currently don't go to Atlanta hope you are right about there Customer Service maybe it will be a good thing.Still no Business class so I just don't see me staying with Southwest/Airtran.

- I fly Airtran 8-10 times per year round trip flights and always fly Business class not happy about this at all.Southwest has no Business class so guess I have to go back to Delta for my trips to Atlanta.Airtran A+ rewards is one of the best so that will go away.
